CAC-USA Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CAC-USA handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to homeowners and contractors.

Information CAC-USA handles
Google account details used for sign-in, including your name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier.
Your selected role and profile information, including homeowner project cards or contractor business details, trades, skills, and professional photos.
Activity needed to operate matching and communication features, including swipes, interests, matches, conversations, messages, reviews, and notification preferences.
Subscription and purchase status supplied by Google Play. CAC-USA does not receive your full payment-card number.
Technical and security information needed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, diagnose failures, and keep the service reliable.
How information is used
Create and secure your account and provide the homeowner or contractor experience you selected.
Display job cards and professional cards to relevant users and support matching, private messaging, reviews, and account support.
Process contractor subscription access, deliver service notifications, investigate misuse, and improve reliability and usability.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce CAC-USA terms and safety requirements.
When information is shared
Information you place on a job card or professional card is shown to other CAC-USA users as needed for the marketplace. Private messages are available to the participants in that conversation.
CAC-USA uses Google services, including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and notification delivery, to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. CAC-USA does not sell personal information.
Security and retention
CAC-USA uses access controls, authenticated requests, and managed Google infrastructure to protect account data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion, CAC-USA deletes or de-identifies account data except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery.
Your choices
Update job cards and professional-card information from your CAC-USA account.
Control operating-system notification permission from your device settings.
Delete your account from Account → Delete Account, or follow the steps at cac-usa.us/delete-account.

Policy updates and contact
CAC-USA may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available at this address.
